The Young Promising Photographer of the Year (YPPY) award was introduced in 2011, and is a gesture of appreciation by PhotoPeer to recognize and trigger passionate and creative minds. The award is a platform for young photographers in India under the age of thirty. It was launched with the idea of encouraging young artists to give shape to their ‘wild ideas’! The bravest of them all, who stood by all the odds to give shape to his/her ideas is nominated for the award. The call for entries for the award will be announced on our website. May the best mind win!
